The triple E plan ( Educate, Emancipate, Empower) will pave way for young women and girls in our communities to get a chance to define their own futures.We create employment for young women and girls between the ages of 18 and 35 who have failed to finish their education due to different reasons and can no-longer get employment in the formal sector. We identify young talented girls between grades 5 and 7 and educate them in all aspects and sectors of life especially sexual education, since it is at this age that most of them reach puberty and are prone to sexual abuse. Knowledge is power and we need to empower our children to understand what is going on and what to do when things go wrong. When children see other people who have made it in life they are motivated and inspired to do the same.

We embarked on an experimental project called the Little Green Fingers Project, where we worked with women from Old Mutare in Zimbabwe and started with growing maize and rearing chickens. We sold the grain to the Local Grain Marketing Board and the profits were put towards empowering the women we worked with to start their own income generating projects. The rest was put towards the chicken project where we started with 25 chickens and now we are at 150 chickens every three weeks.

We aim to empower and educate as many women and girls as possible by expanding our projects through partnerships .Lets join hands and save our girls...
